This policy applies to the Telegram AI Bot project hosted by Leandro Ardissone. The bot is a personal utility that receives messages in Telegram, sends eligible content to third-party AI providers for processing, and returns the generated result to the user.
If you interact with the bot, it may process your Telegram user ID, chat ID, display name, message metadata, and the content you send to the bot, including voice messages, audio files, and text prompts.
Basic operational logs may also be stored temporarily to keep the service running, troubleshoot failures, and monitor abusive or unexpected usage.
The information is used only to operate the bot, verify that a user is allowed to access it, send requests to the configured AI provider, return transcriptions or generated content, and keep the service reliable.
I do not use the bot data to sell personal information or build marketing profiles.
The bot depends on third-party services to work. Telegram handles message delivery and account identity. OpenAI may process audio or text sent through the bot in order to generate transcriptions or images.
Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, so their handling of data is governed by their own documentation.
I aim to keep personal data only for as long as it is needed to operate the bot, investigate problems, and prevent misuse. Some transient data may pass through provider systems as part of request processing.
If you want your data removed or want to stop using the service, contact me and I will make a reasonable effort to delete any stored project data that I control.
I use reasonable technical and operational measures to limit access to the bot and its configuration, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
